I'm friends with people at both Midwestern and Southwestern. From what I understand there are a diversity of views among professors while remaining within the bounds of the Baptist Faith & Message. Additionally, all frameworks are "taught" as part of Christian History or Theology courses so you don't just get "Here is what I, Professor X, say you should believe." You could however have a covenantal credobaptist professor for one class, a dispensationalist for a second, and a NC theologian for a third. I believe the dispensationalists tend toward progressive variety rather than traditional. The other schools may be different, of course, I don't have a lot of data points!
