It's hard to prove a negative, but I've done a bit of research and can't find anything that really fits the description of a story where people took such "psychoactive agents". Certainly I think that instructions to have sober minds (such as say, 1 Peter 1:13 and 5:8 though there may be better examples) and to treat one's body as a temple to the Lord (1 Corinthians 6:19–20) would reasonably be applied to say that taking such drugs isn't wise or honoring to God. But in terms of actual stories involving them, all that I can find look to be specifically related to (ab)use of alcohol.
