I think it may be possible, in any case it must have been hieratic and not hieroglyphs, if that is the case. In what script did Moses write the Torah (Pentateuch)? I have read elsewhere (e.g. here and here) that the Torah (Pentateuch) may have been written in the Paleo-Hebrew alphabet (also called Ketav Ivri) and therefore the Ten Commandments as well.
